Chateau homes are now being offered with the popular 55+ community of Pelican Preserve. Presented by WCI Communities, the model homes are available within the Palazzo II and III neighborhoods, all including views of the fairways or preserves, just off Treeline Avenue and Colonial Boulevard in Fort Myers.

With three different floor plans to choose from, the Salerno offers a two-bedroom, two-bath home with 1,200 square feet of living space. Priced starting in the high $100,000s, this split-floor plan also offers an owner’s suite just off the lanai, accessible via a sliding glass door. Outfitted with coastal-themed design elements, the Salerno is noted for its silver light fixtures, neutral tile flooring and gray, blue and yellow accent colors.

The Napoli model is also priced in the high $100,000s, with two-bedrooms and two-baths. With around 1,200 square feet, a slightly different floor plan allows for a lanai opening off the main living and dining areas of the home.

Meanwhile, the Amalfi model is the largest of the available condos, priced starting in the low $200,000s. With two-bedrooms plus a flex roof and two-baths, the home enjoys nearly 1,400 square feet of living space and a lanai.

Plaza del Sol, a massive Town Center with room for fitness, a resort-style swimming pool and lap pool, a 99-seat theater and an arts and crafts studio enhances the maintenance-free lifestyle made possible within the community. As well, residents enjoy softball, tennis, pickleball and numerous options in dining. In addition, the community also includes access to 27-holes of golf, plus a golf club, fitness center and a spa. Not to be outdone, the area boasts dozens of acres dedicated solely to a nature preserve and observation boardwalk.

Along with the new Chateau homes, new homebuyers within Pelican Preserve also have the option of choosing from carriage homes, villas, cottage homes, classic homes and grand villas.
