A brand new high-rise is coming to Fort Myers Beach, the first condominium complex to go up in the area in several years. Renowned for its views of the beach, the Gulf and Estero Bay, Grandview at Bay Beach is slated for the extreme southern edge of Fort Myers Beach, offering an enviable waterfront lifestyle, combined with the convenience and luxury of a new construction, condo development.

A project of London Bay Homes, the Waterside project is just a couple of miles away from Lovers Key State Park, popular for canoeing, paddle-boarding, kayaking, swimming and viewing wildlife, while also remaining a reasonable distance from nearby Naples and Sarasota. Residents of Grandview are sure to delight, though, in the ease of venturing just steps from their front door, as several boat slips are within a short walk of the community and a nearby nature preserve offers miles of trails and walking paths to explore.

Other on-site amenities include the resort-style swimming pool and spa, a fire pit, a fitness center, catering kitchen and two guest suites. As well, the complex is also set to offer an oversized lanai, complete with a bar for entertaining family and friends, plus socializing with neighbors.

Along with an impressive list of amenities, the Grandview condos will individually range from three-bedrooms to three-bedrooms plus a den and three-baths, with between 2,300-2,800 square feet of living space. A total of 58 units will be housed within the development, six of which will be penthouse units with two covered parking spaces and high ceilings throughout.

A sales center for the condos of Grandview at Bay Beach will open soon, bringing the choice of new condominiums to the area for prospective buyers. London Bay Homes has a long-standing reputation as a luxury single-family homebuilder in the region, and is now entering the condo market with the new units of Grandview.
