One of the most anticipated new luxury towers in Downtown Fort Myers is moving forward with the grand opening of its sales gallery, marking a major step in the construction of the new 16-story building. ONE Allure, or ONE, is touted as a one-of-a-kind building, where exclusivity meets majestic river views and convenience to area shops, galleries and restaurants.

The ONE building will eventually offer 26 waterfront condos with expansive views and resort-style amenities. The elegant homes are being offered from the low $500,000s to upwards of $2 million. The price affords around 1,500 to more than 2,200 square feet of living space, including two- to three-bedrooms. In addition, the building will also offer two penthouse units ranging from 3,900 to upwards of 5,000 square feet in size.

Ultra luxurious features include the tall ceilings, gourmet kitchens, quartz countertops and the floor-to-ceiling windows. In addition, the homes will come complete with large balconies for outdoor living space, private entrance elevators and oversized closets. Other features of the homes include the energy-efficient design elements as well as smart technology and impact-resistant windows.

Planned tower amenities include the infinity-edge swimming pool and whirlpool spa, a riverside beach, and a landscaped promenade with an owner’s lounge overlooking the river. In addition, a fitness studio is also planned along with a dog walk and pet grooming salon, concierge services and assigned garage parking. The public areas of the building will feature interior design by ADRIANA HOYOS DESIGN STUDIO.

The location of the planned tower is just as inviting as its amenities. The River District is filed with boutiques and shops, nightlife and art galleries. As well, the area features a full range of dining choices, from casual to more fine dining establishments.

The sales gallery for ONE Allure is open daily on the ground floor of the Fort Myers City Pier building in Downtown Fort Myers.
