Castle Harbour Homes just joined the list of premiere homebuilders constructing at Lake Timber in Babcock Ranch. It’s expected the company will begin constructing its first model home in June and a second in July, with both completed in early 2018.
One of those homes by Castle Harbour is the 2,800 square foot Fort Davenport model. This particular home should be finished and fully furnished by January, featuring three-bedrooms plus a study or an optional fourth bedroom. In addition, the home will provide three-baths and a 3.5-car garage.
With an open floor plan, including a large great room, kitchen island and a dining area, the home will open up to an outdoor kitchen and veranda, complete with a swimming pool and spa, plus lake views. The home will also include an interior atrium just off a private guest suite. Priced starting in the mid $700,000s, the Old Florida-style design will be fully modernized with all of the latest fixtures and finishes.
Meanwhile, the second model home will start in price in the mid $500,000s, set for a March 2018 completion. The Fort Casey model offers 2,300 square feet of living space, also opening up to an outdoor kitchen, spa, swimming pool and lake views. In addition, the home provides room for electric boat storage and an interior atrium off the kitchen.
Some unfurnished, move-in ready homes are also planned by Castle Harbour Homes in Lake Timber. The first neighborhood under construction at Babcock Ranch, Lake Timber plans for nearly 200 home sites, with collections including park, lake or park and lake views. The solar-powered, master planned community will also offer homes from builders including Florida Lifestyle Homes, Stock Development, Fox Premier Builders and Lennar.
The larger Babcock Ranch community is set to operate as its own town, with 18,000 acres set aside for a sustainable community featuring a preserve, community gardens, a boardwalk, a downtown district and a social gathering space.
