Developed by MacFarlane Group, the same company responsible for a number of other riverfront properties in the area, the future Prima Luce towers will be a short distance away from dozens of restaurants, the theatre and an arts center, plus a planned river walk. Even a future water taxi is proposed by the city.
Construction of the Prima Luce towers is set to kick off by the end of 2017, although a sales center is already up at the site.
