For new construction options in South Fort Myers, Mirada certainly fits the bill. This gated new community sits just off Gladiolus Drive, with a selection of homes by Lennar. It’s the added features, however, that truly put this new neighborhood over the top.
The Lennar homes are all constructed with solar technology in Mirada, and include a number of upgrades. While the energy savings can be tied to the solar-paneled roofs, the one- and two-story designs also offer the desirability of Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” packaging.
Amazon Alexa powers all of the Wi-Fi Certified Smart Homes. They also, however, include plenty of other added features, such as home lofts and screened-in porches and lanais, some with room to add in a private swimming pool.
Lawn care is included in this community, while Lennar boasts the homes of Mirada are designed for relatively low monthly HOA fees. The community also offers views of a large lake and coastal-themed architecture and landscaping throughout the entire development.
You’ll find some lake view homes in the community, as well as some landscaped views. Many of the homes in Mirada start in the high $200,000s, with others priced starting in the high $300,000s.
Constructed starting just within the past couple of years, the homes of Mirada are all single-family floor plans, with options starting at around 1,600 square feet of living space. You’ll also find some much larger selections in the community too, with some of the most spacious floor plans allowing for more than 3,300 square feet of space. Generally, the homes of Mirada from Lennar include at least three-bedrooms and up to three-baths.
Along with all of this, Mirada sits just a few minutes away from the many sites and attractions of Fort Myers, including countless options in area shops, nightlife and some of the region’s best beaches.
