With more than a half-century of history to its name, the Ronto Group expands once again with the spectacular Omega high-rise. Promoted as the final tower to be built at Bonita Bay, Omega promises 27-stories of luxury overlooking the Gulf and Estero Bay.
The high-rise will eventually house 67 residences, including four penthouse units. Ranging from around 4,800 square feet to upwards of 5,700 square feet of living space, pre-construction pricing starts above $2 million.
The impressive units will additionally feature the luxury of large covered terraces for private outdoor space and sweeping water views. Promoted as a maintenance-free alternative for luxury buyers, the size alone presents residential options more in line with a freestanding estate home than a condo.
With just three units per floor, the condos of Omega will feature open floor plans and large owner suites. Buyers can also expect to find tall windows, high-end quartz and marble countertops and a mix of upscale flooring and other finishes.
One of the remaining penthouse units features it’s own private six-car garage. Meanwhile, all residents are treated to a swimming pool with cabanas, a putting lawn, a social room and a game room. There’s also the option of a theater, fitness center, grand salon and three guest suites on the property.
This is in addition to the amenities already available in the larger development of Bonita Bay. The property offers a large lifestyle center, miles of trails for recreation, an aquatic center, tennis facility and the luxury of five championship golf courses.
Omega is Ronto’s second high-rise property at Bonita Bay. Crews finished the Seaglass tower in 2018.
Ronto is also currently constructing Phase III of Naples Square, and reservations are being accepted for phase four of that project. The developer is additionally the force behind Eleven Eleven Central, a master-planned, Downtown Naples community.
