Homes Available to Tour at WildBlue

Model homes are now available for touring at Fort Myer’s new WildBlue community. The homes first opened up to the public in mid-October during the community’s official grand opening weekend.

There are currently 14 model homes open for viewing in the new, master-planned community of WildBlue. This 3,500-acre community is under development right now, with homes constructed by a select number of well-known homebuilders.

Priced starting in the $400,000s, there are also home designs in WildBlue priced in the multi-million-dollar range. This provides for a great deal of opportunity, including single-family homes and estates.

You’ll find homes from Lennar starting at around 1,800 square feet of living space, with larger home designs offering 3,800 square feet of space. Other options come from Pulte, WCI and Stock, with the largest homes of WildBlue commanding more than 4,000 square feet of living space.

According to published reports, around 100 new home sales contracts have already been signed in WildBlue. Some of the first residents have moved in.

Many of the homes of WildBlue overlook the waterfront. Along with well more than 800 acres of freshwater lakes, the community is surrounded by preserve land.

Planned community amenities range from resort-style swimming pools to a fitness center, pickleball, bocce and tennis courts. Plans also call for a clubhouse with your choice of indoor or outdoor dining possibilities.

Other outside recreational opportunities include boating or fishing on the community lakes or hiking and biking along one of the many trails that wind throughout the property. The location makes it easy to indulge in a variety of nearby delights, from shopping and dining to local entertainment.

In addition, the new development is close to area parks, preserves and historical attractions in the region. Just a few miles from I-75, you’ll find WildBlue close to Alico and Corkscrew roads.
