[more] →Interesting battle unfolding in the upscale Fort Myers gated community of Cross Creek Estates. In one corner of the ring is homeowners Mark and Tara Geissinger and in the other is the Cross Creek HOA and Architectural Committee.
According to a press release issued by the homeowners, their application to change the color of their home has been denied despite other homes in Cross Creek with a similar pre-approved color scheme. The homeowners are claiming that the HOA makes arbitrary and inconsistent decisions about house colors.
