Paseo Pool in Fort Myers
The sound of nail guns can now be heard throughout Paseo with a number of model homes under construction and several expected to be completed by the end of the year. Many of the new home sites will have lakefront or preserve-front locations on a cul-de-sac in the middle of Esperanza at Paseo in Fort Myers.
Paseo offers resort-style amenities to families with a lovely pool; a poolside gazebo serving refreshments; large spa; a lap pool; a children’s water playground; tennis courts; a fishing pier and a slew of interior amenities and upgrades that will please house hunters. All homes include top-notch amenities like Corian countertops, oak cabinets, and GE Appliances. The popular Traditional Series of homes in Phase II of Esperanza at Paseo will bring 49 new home sites to Esteban Drive.
