Venetian Pointe Coming to Fort Myers

venetian pointe fort myers New options in single-family homes are coming to Fort Myers. The new, gated neighborhood of Venetian Pointe is underway, bringing 100 new construction homes to the area. Located in south Fort Myers, the area offers an ideal location for new residential development. Under construction by Zuckerman Homes, with architectural designs by The Evans Group, the residences of Venetian Pointe will be priced starting in the $200,000s with between 1,650 to 3,000 square feet of living space. With one- and two-story floor plans to choose from, all of the homeowners will enjoy the community swimming pool and clubhouse, as well as their own private green space. Each home is set to offer a large backyard plus a patio, along with a two-car garage. As well, the floor plans are expected to offer a bump out from the garage, providing either usable storage space or even the option of a studio.  Meanwhile, the neighborhood is also set to include winding streets and sidewalks, giving residents plenty of space to take in the surroundings, whether for a morning jog or a sunset stroll. Found at Summerlin Road and Gladiolus Drive, Venetian Pointe is mere minutes away from the popular retail stores of The Bell Tower Shops and Coconut Point Mall, plus not far from the beach or an excess of other options in dining and entertainment in the region. It is also just a few miles away from the attractions of Downtown Fort Myers, Sanibel Island and Southwest Florida International Airport. Family-owned Zuckerman Homes is the force behind thousands of homes, located in dozens of residential developments throughout South Florida and the surrounding area. Based out of Coconut Creek, the real estate developer and homebuilder has secured 50-acres to build-out Venetian Pointe.  An official groundbreaking on the development is planned for late 2016, with additional information and specifics on available floor plans and lot availability coming soon.
