Seaglass Over 60% Sold

seaglass bonita bay Several floors of the new Seaglass tower are nearing a sell-out as the new construction high-rise tops 60-percent of its units sold. In some cases, there are only one or two residences left on particular levels, as the appealing new property inches closer to completion. The 26-floor development will eventually house 120 residences, scheduled for a top-off next month and expected to welcome its first residents next summer. One of the building’s three furnished models now has some of its appliances and kitchen cabinetry in, with progress pushing forward at a brisk rate. While all penthouse units within the development are already sold, there are still tower units available. Ranging from around 2,800 square feet to upwards of 3,400 square feet of living space, the homes start priced above $1 million. They come complete, however, with at least three-bedrooms, 3.5- baths and large kitchen islands. Only about 600 feet from nearby Estero Bay, Seaglass offers an exclusive address, currently the closest to the water of any high-rise under construction along the Gulf coast of Florida. With open-concept designs, new buyers can expect to find tall ceilings, supplemented by sensational water and mangrove views. With premium finishes, from the paint to the flooring, each residence will also come complete with two underground parking spaces, plus the option of a private, two-car garage. Currently, buyers are being urged to come to the developer’s Design Studio to choose their own unique colors, hardware, countertops and more. Meanwhile, no doubt that many of these buyers are already envisioning what life within Seaglass will be like. Extra amenities include clubrooms, a fitness facility, a resort-style swimming pool and spa, guest suites and a theater. Residents will also have the option of taking advantage of the amenities made possible through Bonita Bay Club. These range from championship golf courses to tennis, a marina and a private beach park.
