As of now, it appears the new amenities center will be officially open to residents sometime in fall of next year. This new, gated community includes residences by Lennar Homes and Pulte Homes, with homes priced starting in the high $200,000s. Prospective homebuyers should expect to find a variety of Southern plantation-style, single-family homes in one- and two-story designs. The homes range in size from approximately 1,600 square feet to around 3,900 square feet of living space. When finished, more than 1,300 homes are expected to grace the community.
