Construction is now underway on a massive new gated development by Lennar. The WildBlue community will eventually be home to around 1,000 homes, two lakes and preserve in Estero.
Projections for the master-planned community show space for hundreds of acres of lakes and upwards of 1,000-acres of preserve. This provides future homebuyers with some scenic offerings, with room to enjoy everything from paddle boarding to boating and kayaking, or simply bask in the peacefulness of this premier, lake community.
With multiple different neighborhoods planned within, WildBlue will also offer options including single and two-story floor plans, with Lennar homes ranging from around 1,800 to 3,800 square feet of living space. It’s expected that these homes will start priced in the $400,000s.
As well, options will also include homes from WCI that start at 2,000 square feet, with some of the largest home designs expected to top $1 million. Meanwhile, Pulte is also building homes here starting at around 1,600 square feet of living space while Stock will soon offer some home designs starting at around 2,500 square feet of living space, with some of these homes expected to be priced in the multi million dollar range.
Planned amenities of WildBlue include sports courts, a swimming pool and the outdoor recreational opportunities of the lakes. Other planned amenities include a fitness center and clubhouse, plus room to play tennis, bocce ball and pickleball. As well, there will also be special programs specifically for residents to enjoy.
Just off Corkscrew and Alico roads, WildBlue will offer easy access to major roadways including US 41 and I-75, making it simple to commute around the surrounding area. As well, the location is a prime spot for visiting nearby beaches, golf and major attractions such as JetBlue Park, Germain Arena or the shops of Gulf Coast Town Center.
