Prima Luce Construction Starting

Construction is pushing ahead on the new Prima Luce project in Fort Myers. This twin tower development is planned to rise up right alongside the Caloosahatchee River, close to Downtown Fort Myers.

Site work recently began to clear the two acres of land needed for the project. It’s been some time coming.

Originally, developers had hoped to begin construction of Prima Luce at the end of 2018. Now that the building is finally underway, it’s expected construction this time around will take about a year and a half to complete.

Priced starting from around the mid $200,000s, buyers have their choice of more than 200 residential units in the development. Options include large floor plans and the opportunity to customize the homes from top to bottom.

While a studio floor plan affords a total of more than 800 square feet including its balcony, there is also the option of a larger one- or two-bedroom floor plan. The largest residence in Prima Luce includes three-bedrooms and 2.5-baths.

It offers two balconies, bringing the total square footage to more than 2,100 for the inside and outdoor living space combined. Made up of two 22-story towers, Prima Luce provides for about a half-dozen different floor plans for buyers to consider.

Planned amenities include a zero-entry swimming pool, a social room, fitness center, yoga studio and virtual concierge service. The property will also offer a library and lounge area, catering kitchen, a picnic area with room for grilling and two riverfront piers.

Located right along First Street, the new development will not only offer some incredible waterfront views but easy access to nearby shopping, dining and entertainment offerings. In addition, the location makes it easy to reach some of the region’s best beaches, golf courses, performing arts venues and sports venues, adding to the desirability of this new construction residential project.
