While the northern end of Winkler Road tends to consist of more established communities, you’ll find some newer communities springing up along its southern side. Mostly built up from the late 1990s through the 2000s, the homes of StoneBridge often come in three- to four-bedroom layouts, typically including 1,800 to 3,600 square feet of living space. The neighborhood also sits close to a number of restaurants, shops and area beaches, plus it boasts extremely low HOA fees.
Yet another neighborhood to consider along the Winkler Road Corridor is Crown Colony. This luxury community is home to more than 500 residences, including single and multi-family homes. The high-end community is also home to an 18-hole golf course and clubhouse, bringing a wealth of options to residents and making it a great community for families.
