More new construction homes are headed to Estero with the addition of Corkscrew Estates. Planned to open sometime later this fall, the gated community of Corkscrew Estates includes large homesites and the promise of spacious floor plans.

Also enjoying easy access to major roadways like US-41 and I-75, Corkscrew Estates sits comfortably close to some of Pulte’s other popular communities in the area, such as Corkscrew Shores, The Place at Corkscrew and WildBlue.
