Two new collections by Stock Signature Homes are being offered at The Renaissance, a gated private golf community in the Daniels Corridor of south Fort Myers. Stock is offering 20 single-family homesites in the Via Lago, Vittoria and Monteverdi neighborhoods
This weekend will celebrate the grand opening of Hidden Harbor, a gated luxury boating community in South Fort Myers, offering access to the Gulf of Mexico. Stock Development will feature five furnished models at Hidden Harbor open to the public. Various activities will revolve around a boating theme showcasing a pristine waterfront lifestyle in addition to food and live music.
The Paseo Village Center is the focal point of the master-planned Paseo gated-community in Fort Myers. The neighborhood with 1,200 homes that borders the Six Mile Cypress Slough Nature Preserves includes a Village Center with topnotch amenities that provide a wonderful resort-like lifestyle for residents.
The sound of nail guns can now be heard throughout Paseo and with a number of model homes under construction and several expected to be completed by the end of the year. Many of the new home sites will have lakefront or preserve-front locations on a cul-de-sac in the middle of Esperanza at Paseo in Fort Myers.
Local builder Stock Development was recently named number 89 on the Builder 100, an annual ranking of the nation’s largest home builders. Stock Development had a very strong 2012 with 405 new home sales totaling over $280M in revenue. Stock Development grew their volume of new home sale by 32.4 percent in 2012.
OK, so just what the heck is a Casita? It is the Spanish word for small house, cabin or bungle. The casitas at Paseo live like a single-family home, but are connected by a fence or trellis and share a common rear driveway with neighboring homes.
